Topic Delivery

Dank Drop offers same-day delivery and is open Monday-Sunday 10am-8pm.

To ensure prompt delivery, we kindly request that you place your order 1 hour before closing to deliver your order same day. You can also per-order! You can learn more here. When we close, it does not mean we are done delivering. If you are unable to place your order during our operating hours, we will be in touch with you to schedule a delivery for the following day. If you prefer a scheduled delivery, kindly indicate this in the notes section of your order during checkout.

Dank Drop offers same-day delivery & pre-orders.

After completing your order you will begin to receive delivery text alerts. Once your order has been marked as ‘On It’s Way’ you will be texted a link to track your delivery live. Deliveries can take up 2 hours but are almost always completed within 45 minutes to 1 hour. Please allow up to 2 hours during peak hours. If your delivery is taking longer than expected we will contact you and give you an updated ETA.

At Dank Drop, we’re open seven days a week from 10am-8pm. To ensure we can fulfill all orders, we kindly request that any orders placed be made at least 60 minutes before closing time. If you’re unable to place your order within our delivery hours, we’ll be happy to schedule your delivery for the next day. To schedule your delivery, please let us know in the order notes at checkout.

When your order is delivered, it is important that the person placing the order is present, and has a valid government ID. Delivery times may vary depending on when your order was placed, typically, it would take between 45 minutes to 2 hours. Please note we accept cash payments only.

Occasionally you may see our name displayed in text messages as D Drop Michigan or simply, D Drop using a short domain to redirect to our main website.

We pride ourselves on providing high quality cannabis products to suit every ones needs. If you have a product you have purchased that doesn’t suit you, contact us and we will do our best to work with you. You can find our return policy on specific categories below. We reserve the right to change the return and exchange policy without notice.

  • Flower is final sale, cannot be swapped after it is delivered.
  • Vaporizer cartridges are final sale. You must report a defective cartridges within 24 hours of your delivery. To report a defective cart please use our contact form ✐. You must return the cartridge in it’s original packaging that contains our barcode.
  • Concentrates, Edibles & Drinks are final sale and cannot be swapped.
  • Due to many factors beyond our control, all Shroom products are final sale.

Managing account

To update your delivery address in your profile, simply visit My account > Addresses > Edit > Save address. There can be a few reasons why an account can be restricted, including:

  1. Inactive accounts: Your account has been inactive for a certain period of time. In some cases, our system will automatically remove or restrict unused accounts.
  2. Multiple accounts: Dank Drop only allows one active account and any additional ones created will be removed or suspended.
  3. Missed deliveries: If you were not home on multiple occasions when our drivers arrived for your order. Delivery alerts are intended to keep you notified of the progress of your delivery.
  4. False information: Submitting false information during the registration process such as a fake ID, name, phone number, etc. can result in a permanent ban.
  5. Referral program abuse: Misuse or abuse of our referral program, such as referring yourself with multiple email addresses or encouraging others to do so, may result in a suspended account. For example, creating multiple accounts with different email addresses and referring yourself as the referrer would be considered abuse of our referral program.

At Dank Drop Michigan, we accept cash-only payments at this time. This is a common practice among dispensaries, as many banks and credit card companies have historically been hesitant to work with businesses in the cannabis industry due to federal laws.

Placing Orders

To ensure compliance with Michigan state law regarding recreational cannabis use, we require all members to be at least 21 years of age or older to enjoy our products. You don’t need a medical card or a Michigan state ID, but a valid government-issued ID will suffice for age and identity verification upon delivery.

  • For Flower and some other products, you need to select the size or pack counts before adding them to your shopping cart.

  • If an item is no longer visible on the website, it does not mean it has been discontinued. It is simply temporarily out of stock.

  2. Browse and add products to your cart – Once you are logged in, you can browse our selection of products and add your favorites to your cart.
  3. Proceed to checkout – Once you have added all the products you want to purchase to your cart, you can proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to enter your delivery address.
  4. Receive text alerts and track your delivery – After your order is received, you will begin to receive text alerts updating you on the progress of your delivery. You will also be able to track your delivery in real-time using our online tracking system.
  5. Enjoy your purchase – Once the delivery arrived at your doorstep, you can enjoy your purchase.

Feel free to place preorders and arrange deliveries beyond our usual service hours. When checking out, kindly provide your preferred delivery date and timeframe in the order notes section. Upon receiving your order, we’ll promptly verify the details with you. This option is especially beneficial for accessing deals and offers even if you’re not prepared on the sale day. Please keep in mind that preorders exceeding 4 days cannot be accommodated, as our system automatically cancels orders exceeding this timeframe.

Dank Drop now offers Virtual Gift Cards, show your friends and family love by sending them a Gift Card available between $10-$200. Once the Gift Card is paid for your recipient(s) will receive an email with their Gift Card number. You can select multiple recipients by adding a comma after each email address.

Once you complete your order, a driver will deliver your receipt and collect a cash payment. Once it is marked paid in our system the Gift Card email will be delivered. You can send Gift Cards to multiple people, simply separate their email address with a comma (no spaces). Gift a Card Today ➪

Buy More / Save More

For certain items we offer discounted pricing when purchasing a specific quantity or quantity range. If there is a quantity discount you will see the pricing table. The new price will update after you add to cart.

Example: Price table shows, Buy 3 with the new price $20/each then you must add 3 to receive that price stated. If you add 4 the discounted price will not apply to the item.

If there is a ‘Buy’/quantity range for example buy 3-6 then you will have the option to get the stated discounted price for any quantity between 3 and 6.

*Bulk discounts are considered a deal & some deals cannot be stacked.

Dank Drop offers a fantastic discount program Monday through Sunday, during the hours of 10am to 2pm. This exciting offer is known as “High Noon” and applies to a wide selection of high-quality cannabis products available in the shop.

When the offer is available, you will receive a prompt in the shop, letting you know that it’s time to take advantage of the savings. It’s important to note that the High Noon alert will only appear if you have items in your cart that are not already on sale.

Once they sign up and complete their first purchase you will receive a 20% OFF coupon and they will receive 20% off of their entire order! Coupon codes will be emailed to you and not available in your account dashboard.

Abuse to the program such as, referring yourself with multiple email addresses will trigger the referral coupon to not be valid and may result in your account being suspended.


We offer cashback to our customers! You will receive a percentage of your total order as a cashback offer on your next purchase. You will see an option to apply your balance during checkout. Cashback can only be redeemed online & non-transferable. You can visit your cashback dashboard here. Cashback balances are redeemable for 60 days from the date of purchase. It will not appear in your dashboard until your order has been delivered. Delivery fees are not eligible for cashback. Cashback is dependent on your order subtotal.


Store Credits

Store credits are credits we can manually post to your account, also available during checkout. The order total section will show your available store credit balance you can apply to your order. You can view your balance in your dashboard. Store credits are typically only used if there was an issue with your order.
