If you have a product you have purchased that doesn’t suit you, contact us and we will do our best to work with you. You can find our return policy on specific categories below. We reserve the right to change the return and exchange policy without notice.

  • Flower is final sale, cannot be swapped after it is delivered.
  • Vaporizer cartridges are final sale. You must report a defective cartridges within 24 hours of your delivery. To report a defective cart please use our contact form ✐. You must return the cartridge in it’s original packaging that contains our barcode.
  • Concentrates, Edibles & Drinks are final sale and cannot be swapped.
  • Due to many factors beyond our control, all Shroom products are final sale.
