Managing account
There can be a few reasons why an account can be restricted, including:
- Inactive accounts: Your account has been inactive for a certain period of time. In some cases, our system will automatically remove or restrict unused accounts.
- Multiple accounts: Dank Drop only allows one active account and any additional ones created will be removed or suspended.
- Missed deliveries: If you were not home on multiple occasions when our drivers arrived for your order. Delivery alerts are intended to keep you notified of the progress of your delivery.
- False information: Submitting false information during the registration process such as a fake ID, name, phone number, etc. can result in a permanent ban.
- Referral program abuse: Misuse or abuse of our referral program, such as referring yourself with multiple email addresses or encouraging others to do so, may result in a suspended account. For example, creating multiple accounts with different email addresses and referring yourself as the referrer would be considered abuse of our referral program.
